Responsibilities:
Provide HIV testing and counselling to UFS students
Offer support during emergency HIV-related incidents and referrals
Assist with HIV support groups and student wellness campaigns
Present HIV awareness information sessions to the campus community
Capture counselling and testing data accurately and compile reports
Assist with administrative duties and coordinate with health services
Travel independently between Bloemfontein and South Campus as needed
Qualifications:
Grade 12 or National Vocational Certificate (NQF Level 4)
HIV Testing and Counselling Certificate (attach a copy)
At least 1 year of experience in HIV testing and counselling
Recommended:
Previous experience working with young adults/students
Valid driver’s license (attach a copy)
Skills & Competencies:
Adaptability in a dynamic environment

Strong planning, organisational, and administrative skills
Proficiency in MS Office and medical data entry software
Strong interpersonal skills and emotional sensitivity
