Tender Description
The National Health Laboratory Service invites suitably qualified suppliers to submit quotations for the supply, delivery, installation and servicing of cyan drums for a Konica Minolta machine used by the Human Genetics Department at Universitas, Bloemfontein.
The successful supplier will be expected to provide compatible printing components, install and test the equipment, and ensure that the machine operates correctly after installation. Suppliers must meet the technical requirements and comply with the NHLS procurement conditions.
Scope of Work
The successful service provider will be required to:
Supply and deliver the specified cyan drum components and any other items listed in the official RFQ documentation.
Install the supplied components on the relevant Konica Minolta machine.
Perform calibration and functional testing after installation.
