Tender Overview
The National Health Laboratory Service (NHLS) invites qualified suppliers to submit quotations for the supply and delivery of IGG (Polyclonal) IHC Antibody and Glypican 3 (GC33) IHC Antibody to the Histology Department at NHLS Universitas in Bloemfontein.
The successful supplier will provide high-quality immunohistochemistry (IHC) antibodies for diagnostic histology applications, ensuring compliance with NHLS technical and quality standards.
Scope of Work
The appointed supplier will be responsible for:
- Supplying IGG (Polyclonal) IHC Antibody suitable for immunohistochemistry staining.
- Supplying Glypican 3 (GC33) IHC Antibody for histological analysis.
- Delivering the antibodies to the Histology Department at NHLS Universitas, Bloemfontein.
- Ensuring all products are supplied as ready-to-use immunohistochemistry staining reagents.
- Providing all required technical documentation with the products.
Minimum Requirements
Interested bidders should demonstrate:
- Experience supplying immunohistochemistry (IHC) reagents to public health laboratories or similar healthcare institutions.
- The ability to supply products that meet NHLS quality and technical specifications.
- Capacity to deliver the required products within the specified timeframe.
- Compliance with all requirements outlined in the official RFQ documentation.
Technical Requirements
Supplied products must:
- Be ready-to-use for immunohistochemistry staining.
- Meet quality standards suitable for diagnostic histology laboratories.
- Include documentation demonstrating compliance with the required testing methods.
- Be supplied with:
- Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS).
- Product package inserts.
- Any other technical documentation specified in the RFQ.

The proposed project team should include:
- Two (2) Junior Supply Chain Management Consultants
