Tender Description
Setsoto Local Municipality is inviting suitably qualified suppliers to submit quotations for the supply and delivery of electrical store materials to Senekal.
The appointed supplier will be responsible for providing the specified electrical components in the required quantities and delivering them within the stipulated timeframe.
Scope of Supply
The required electrical materials include items such as:
- Drop-out fuses.
- Heat-shrink joints.
- Ferrules.
- Line taps.
- Lamps.
- Light bulbs.

- Ensure materials are properly packaged and delivered in good condition.
Pricing Requirements
Suppliers must ensure that:
- All quoted prices remain valid for at least 30 days from the closing date.
- Pricing reflects the complete cost of supplying and delivering the required materials.
- Delivery costs and any other applicable charges are appropriately accounted for in the quotation.

- Valid Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration.
- CSD registration report dated within the required period.
