Tender Description
Postbank is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced service provider to supply, install, rent, stock and maintain up to two tea and coffee vending machines at its Bloemfontein offices.
The successful service provider will be responsible for ensuring that the machines operate reliably and are regularly stocked, serviced and maintained. The machines should provide a variety of hot beverages and be suitable for approximately 100 servings per day per machine.
Responsibilities
The successful service provider will be responsible for:
- Supplying and installing up to two tea and coffee vending machines.
- Ensuring the machines are suitable for approximately 100 servings per day per machine.
- Providing a variety of coffee and tea options.
- Providing hot water, sugar, milk and creamer options.
- Replenishing vending machine stock on a weekly basis.
- Servicing and maintaining the vending machines regularly.
- Responding to machine faults and service requirements.
- Conducting preventative maintenance.
- Ensuring the machines remain operational and reliable.
- Maintaining appropriate hygiene and safety standards.
- Providing water delivery where required.
- Ensuring the machines have user-friendly interfaces.
- Providing appropriate warranty and after-sales support.
- Maintaining a suitable service and maintenance plan.
Requirements
Interested service providers should demonstrate:
- Experience in supplying and servicing tea and coffee vending machines.
- Experience with installation, maintenance and repair of vending machines.
- Capacity to provide regular weekly stock replenishment.
- Ability to maintain uninterrupted vending machine operations.
- Knowledge of relevant health and safety and hygiene requirements.
- Ability to provide preventative maintenance and service calls.
- A comprehensive service and maintenance plan.
- Appropriate warranty and technical support arrangements.
- Capacity to supply quality coffee, tea and related consumables.
