Tender Description
Setsoto Local Municipality is inviting suitably qualified contractors to submit quotations for the renovation and refurbishment of the Clocolan Municipal Town Hall.
The project involves upgrading and refurbishing various areas of the municipal town hall, including the kitchen, stage, toilets, corridors, terrace and main hall.
Scope of Work
The renovation works cover the following areas:
- Kitchen: 144 m², 8 m² and 22 m² areas.
- Hall stage: 53 m².
- Site hall: 210 m² and 116 m² areas.
- Female toilets: 60 m² and 3 m³ areas.
- Corridor toilets: 6 units / 195 m².
- Male toilets: 2 units / 60 m² and 18 m² areas.
- Hall terrace.
- Main hall: 152 m².
The successful contractor will be responsible for carrying out the required renovation and refurbishment works in accordance with the municipality’s specifications and applicable standards.
Delivery / Completion Period
The contractor is expected to complete the required works within three days of receiving the official purchase order, unless an alternative completion period is clearly indicated by the bidder and accepted by the municipality.
Given the short stated timeframe, bidders should ensure they have sufficient labour, materials, equipment and project capacity to meet the required schedule.
Bidder Requirements
