Purpose of the Tender
The purpose of this quotation is to appoint a supplier to provide and deliver electrical materials required for the Security Guard Room in the Ficksburg Unit. The successful bidder must supply the specified electrical items and ensure delivery within the municipality’s required timeframe.
Scope of Work
The appointed supplier will be responsible for:
Supply of Electrical Materials
- Supplying electrical materials specified in the RFQ documentation.
- Ensuring all materials meet the required quality and technical standards.
- Providing new and unused products.
Delivery
- Delivering all materials to the designated municipal site in Ficksburg.
- Delivering within two (2) days after receipt of an official purchase order, unless an alternative delivery period is stated in the quotation.

Technical Requirements
