Tender Description
The Department of Defence is inviting suitable suppliers to provide and deliver military-grade 16 × 16 and 16 × 32 hip roof military tents to the Joint Tactical Operation Headquarters at Tempe, Bloemfontein.
The required tents must be newly manufactured, durable, military green and supplied with the necessary accessories for deployment and use.
Scope of Supply
The successful supplier will be required to provide:
- 100 × 16 × 32 hip roof military tents
- 36 × 16 × 16 hip roof military tents
- Tent poles and centre poles
- Chains and pins
- Ground sheets
- Appropriate packaging for transportation and handling
- Delivery to the specified Department of Defence location
Delivery must be completed within one month after the Government Order is issued.

Supplier Requirements
Potential bidders should be able to demonstrate:
