As part of our mission to deliver exceptional student support, we are seeking a dedicated Student Affairs Advisor (Online Campus) to join our Customer Experience and Campus Operations team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in enhancing student satisfaction and retention by providing continuous support throughout the student journey—from enrolment to graduation.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the full enrolment and onboarding process for students

    • Manage smooth handover and transition from new business to academic operations

    • Support student induction, orientation, and system access

    • Handle contract management and student/sponsor queries

    • Serve as first point of contact for assigned students via CRM

    • Resolve first-level student queries and issues

    • Conduct scheduled student engagements and formal check-ins

    • Coordinate Student Representative Council (SRC) and class representative activities

    • Facilitate on-campus election processes and student wellness awareness

    • Implement student activities, events, and club/society operations

    • Report and respond to safeguarding incidents

    • Support emotional wellbeing through awareness and referrals

    • Contribute to operational planning and budgeting for student affairs

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Education, Educational Psychology, or Communication

    • Honours degree will be advantageous

    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service, ideally within higher education or professional development environments

    Skills and Competencies:

    • Strong interpersonal and customer-facing skills

    • Initiative, responsibility, and sound judgment

    • Effective communicator with influence and persuasion skills

    • Team player with a systematic and organised approach

    • Emotional resilience and ability to support others in challenging situations

    • Experience working with student CRM systems is an advantage
