Responsibilities:

Drive sales by delivering excellent customer service and maintaining world-class store standards

Ensure effective stock and cash handling processes to minimize loss

Control costs in line with PEP’s low-cost operating culture

Maintain a strong and secure store environment through adherence to policies and procedures

Execute promotions and ensure a high-impact store image

Complete all administrative duties in line with company guidelines

Lead, coach, and develop a motivated and high-performing store team

Uphold health, safety, and housekeeping standards at all times
Qualifications:
-
Grade 12 (Matric)
-
Proficient in English
-
A diploma or degree in retail/business (advantageous)

1–2 years of leadership experience in a retail environment

Computer literacy in Microsoft Office or Google GSuite (advantageous)
