Responsibilities:

Operate both the sales floor and service desk in a retail environment.

Assist customers in finding merchandise and making purchases.

Perform merchandising tasks according to MBP (Merchandise Buying Plan) principles.

Process payments and handle transactions on the POS (Point of Sale) system.

Open new customer accounts and maintain relationships with clients.

Manage stock control and minimize losses.

Maintain customer security and safety at all times.
-
Complete logbooks and prepare for assessments to demonstrate competency as a cross-trained sales consultant.
Qualifications:

Minimum of Grade 10.

Passion for fashion and retail.
