About the Role
A fast-growing U.S.-based construction firm is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage its projects remotely.
You’ll be responsible for coordinating all aspects of project execution — from planning and budgeting to team communication, documentation, and compliance with U.S. building standards.
This is a long-term remote opportunity suited to an experienced construction professional comfortable managing international projects using modern digital tools.
Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion.

Manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery.

Review architectural and engineering drawings for compliance with design and regulatory standards.

Maintain ongoing communication with U.S.-based clients, contractors, and vendors.

Supervise and evaluate subcontractor performance and adherence to safety regulations.

Track progress, mitigate risks, and resolve project-related challenges.

Manage all project documentation, contracts, and change orders.

Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and related tools for project management.

Ensure compliance with U.S. construction codes and standards.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.

2–5 years’ experience in Construction Project Management (U.S. project experience preferred).

Deep understanding of U.S. construction standards and building codes.

Experience managing projects remotely or across international teams.

Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and other project management tools.

Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).

Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
