Responsibilities: Oversee daily branch operations and logistics; manage performance, budgets, and KPIs; ensure compliance with transport regulations and safety standards; maintain high levels of customer service and staff motivation; manage fleet and asset maintenance; implement continuous improvement initiatives; ensure proper use of logistics systems like On Route; lead disciplinary procedures and staff development.
Qualifications: Grade 12 required; degree in logistics, supply chain, or business preferred; minimum 5 years’ experience in logistics or similar management role; strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; valid driver’s license and own vehicle; proficiency in MS Office and transportation systems; 24/7 availability for operational support.
