    Minimum Requirements:

    To be considered, applicants must:

    • Be a South African citizen

    • Be between 18–35 years old

    • Have Grade 12 / Matric certificate

    • Be living with a disability (submit valid proof such as a medical certificate or ITR-DD form)

    • Have no more than 1 year of previous permanent work experience

    Advantageous (Not Compulsory):

    • A Diploma in Administration or Business

    • Reside near Sandton, Sasolburg, or Secunda

    Learning Outcomes / Qualification:

    Upon successful completion of the learnership, participants will earn a nationally recognized NQF qualification in Business Administration.

    Programme Structure:

    • ±400 hours of theoretical (classroom-based) training

    • Practical work experience in Sasol’s corporate and administrative environments

    • Mentorship, coaching, and workplace support

    Core Modules Include:

    • Office Administration & Business Operations

    • Professional Communication (written & verbal)

    • Customer Service & Client Support

    • Basic Accounting & Budgeting

    • Entrepreneurship & Innovation

    • Computer Literacy (MS Office, data entry, email)

    • Maths Literacy for office environments

    Duties / Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist with general administrative support tasks

    • Maintain records, files, and databases

    • Assist with meeting scheduling, minute taking, and office communications

    • Support internal and external client queries

    • Use business tools and software for daily tasks

    • Ensure accurate data capture and compliance with internal processes

    Workplace Skills Gained:

    •  Document management
    •  Office systems and compliance
    •  Business software use (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
    •  Time and workflow planning
    •  Communication and problem-solving
