Minimum Requirements:
To be considered, applicants must:

Be a South African citizen

Be between 18–35 years old

Have Grade 12 / Matric certificate

Be living with a disability (submit valid proof such as a medical certificate or ITR-DD form)

Have no more than 1 year of previous permanent work experience
Advantageous (Not Compulsory):

A Diploma in Administration or Business

Reside near Sandton, Sasolburg, or Secunda
Learning Outcomes / Qualification:
Upon successful completion of the learnership, participants will earn a nationally recognized NQF qualification in Business Administration.
Programme Structure:

±400 hours of theoretical (classroom-based) training

Practical work experience in Sasol’s corporate and administrative environments

Mentorship, coaching, and workplace support

Computer Literacy (MS Office, data entry, email)

Duties / Key Responsibilities:

Assist with general administrative support tasks

Maintain records, files, and databases
-
Assist with meeting scheduling, minute taking, and office communications

Support internal and external client queries
-
Use business tools and software for daily tasks

Ensure accurate data capture and compliance with internal processes
