As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you’ll engage with pre-qualified leads, build strong relationships, and guide candidates through the recruitment and immigration process.
You’ll help match skilled South African professionals with opportunities in Australia while earning uncapped commissions — the more candidates you assist successfully, the higher your earnings.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to warm leads (no cold calling required).

Build rapport and trust with candidates interested in working and living in Australia.

Qualify leads, gather relevant career and relocation details, and assess suitability.

Guide candidates through the next steps in their application journey.

Maintain records and update candidate information in CRM systems.

Work independently and manage your own schedule.

Deliver consistent performance against recruitment and conversion targets.
Desired Skills & Experience

Experience in sales, recruitment, HR, or outbound call centre environments.

Confident communicator — strong phone and interpersonal skills.

Target-driven, results-oriented, and self-motivated.

Comfortable using technology: email, G-Suite, CRM tools.

Fluent in Afrikaans and English (spoken, written, and reading).

Has access to a smartphone, data/airtime, and WhatsApp.

Ability to work 6–8 hours per day (flexible schedule).

Independent contractor: must invoice monthly and handle own tax.
