The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving student acquisition targets and driving growth through strategic sales initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy and Implementation:
Roll out and monitor the campus sales strategy
Drive attendance, experience, and follow-up of campus events
Identify emerging market trends and conduct competitor analysis
Actively fulfill the role of a Higher Education Consultant/Corporate Marketer
2. Sales Operations:
Execute operational plans, objectives, and schedules
Manage sales reporting, performance tracking, and corrective actions
Oversee campus budget allocations and planning
Monitor and address escalated queries and customer complaints
3. Team Leadership:
Recruit, onboard, and mentor new sales staff
Provide coaching, feedback, and performance reviews
Create a positive, motivated, and goal-driven team culture
Facilitate communication, engagement, and recognition within the team
4. Stakeholder Engagement:
Foster relationships with internal departments and external stakeholders
Represent the campus in community and corporate engagements
Collaborate with academic and marketing departments for synergy
Minimum Requirements:
Education:
A Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in Marketing, Commerce, or a related field
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years in a sales or marketing management role
Experience in the higher education sector is an advantage
Proven record of managing a high-performing sales team (5+ members)
