    Customer Relationship Marketer Eduvos Bloemfontein, Free State

    We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Customer Relationship Marketer to join our Bloemfontein campus team. This individual will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with high schools and key feeder institutions, while driving student recruitment through targeted lead generation strategies. Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role is crucial in expanding Eduvos’ brand visibility and supporting our long-term growth.

    Key Responsibilities

    Account Development & Relationship Management

    • Build and nurture relationships with existing top feeder schools

    • Develop new relationships based on the segmentation strategy

    • Serve as the key liaison between Eduvos and key school stakeholders

    Sales & Lead Generation

    • Plan and conduct presentations, school visits, open days, and events to generate leads

    • Represent Eduvos at expos, fairs, and networking events

    • Track and manage lead generation activities, conversions, and follow-ups

    Strategic Input & Reporting

    • Contribute to segmentation and outreach strategies

    • Provide ongoing feedback on school engagement, competitor activity, and new opportunities

    • Maintain accurate records and reports of school visits, leads, and pipeline updates

    Minimum Requirements

    Education:

    • A relevant undergraduate degree in Commerce, Education, Marketing, or Social Sciences

    Experience:

    • Previous experience in higher education is advantageous

    • Proven ability to meet targets and work independently

    • Strong presentation and relationship-building skills

    Additional Requirements:

    • Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport

    • Willingness to travel frequently for school visits

    • Flexible to work some evenings and weekends

    • MS Office proficiency, particularly Excel

    • Sales pipeline tracking and reporting

    • Presentation and public speaking skills

    • Knowledge of the education sector (to be developed if not yet in place)
