Academic Programme Manager (Faculty of Commerce)
Eduvos is seeking a qualified and experienced Academic Programme Manager to lead the strategic direction and operational management of the Faculty of Commerce. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, delivery, quality assurance, and ongoing development of the Commerce curriculum across multiple campuses. This is a key leadership role aimed at ensuring academic excellence, stakeholder satisfaction, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

Manage the design and delivery of one or more qualifications in the Faculty of Commerce across multiple campuses

Contribute to curriculum development, assessment design, and programme accreditation

Drive sales enablement through product training and support

Implement faculty strategy through operational planning, scheduling, and reporting
-
Oversee cross-campus academic alignment and resolve escalated academic issues
-
Manage faculty resourcing (staff, equipment, facilities) and contribute to product development planning

Monitor and improve academic processes, governance, compliance, and systems
-
Research, propose, and develop new academic programmes; ensure professional and academic standards
-
Oversee talent acquisition, staff development, and performance management

Represent the faculty in professional and advisory board engagements
Qualifications:
-
Master’s Degree in Commerce (required)

Professional memberships (e.g. SAICA (CA/AGA), CIMA, ACCA, SABPP, MASA, SAIT, Tourism bodies) are advantageous
Experience:

Proven teaching experience at undergraduate and/or postgraduate level

Experience in academic leadership and administration

Involvement in curriculum development and academic quality assurance

Experience in postgraduate supervision and development of learning material
