Job Summary
Motus Kia Bloemfontein is seeking an energetic and customer-focused New Vehicle Sales Representative to join their dealership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling new Kia vehicles, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective prospecting, product demonstrations, and deal negotiations.
Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, walk-ins, and networking

Conduct vehicle demonstrations to showcase features and benefits

Build and maintain customer relationships to encourage repeat and referral business

Provide excellent customer service from first contact through after-sales follow-up

Minimum Requirements
- Proven sales experience (preferably in the automotive industry)
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Customer-focused with a professional and friendly demeanor
- Knowledge of vehicle models and features (Kia experience advantageous)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
