Job Purpose
As a Fuel Attendant at VKB Fuels Reitz, you will be responsible for serving customers efficiently and accurately, providing the correct fuel and lubricants, ensuring excellent customer service, and handling fuel sales safely and responsibly.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / NQF Level 4
- Strong numeracy and accuracy skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Clear criminal record
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Assist customers with refueling and lubricant requirements
Ensure the correct fuel type is provided to each customer
Deliver friendly and professional service at all times
Balance fuel sales at the end of each shift
Identify and solve discrepancies or issues in sales records
Maintain clean and safe working areas
Uphold company standards for compliance and safety
