    Job Overview

    Motus VW Bloemfontein is seeking a motivated and customer-focused New Vehicle Sales Representative to join its dealership team. The role focuses on promoting, demonstrating, and selling new Volkswagen vehicles, while ensuring excellent customer service and meeting sales targets.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Prospect and generate leads through cold calls, walk-ins, referrals, and networking.

    2. Demonstrate new VW vehicles, explaining features, benefits, and pricing options.

    3. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through professionalism and follow-ups.

    4. Provide exceptional service throughout the sales process and after-sales support.

    5. Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly and annual sales goals.

    6. Stay informed on latest VW models, pricing, and promotional offers.

    7. Work collaboratively with finance, admin, and service departments to ensure smooth handovers.

    8. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales on dealership systems.

    Qualifications & Experience

    •  Prior experience in sales (automotive industry preferred)
