Minimum Requirements
Matric / Senior Certificate (Compulsory)
Previous experience in a retail sales environment is preferred
Exposure to:
Merchandising
Stock Taking & Stock Control
Customer Service
Retail Branch Procedures
Technical knowledge of DIY tools or hardware – advantageous
Confident, reliable, honest, and a team player
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service: Engage with customers in a helpful and professional way
Sales: Assist with in-store product sales
Merchandising: Keep displays and shelves well-stocked and organized
Stock Control: Assist with stock taking and inventory management
Product Handling: Assemble/disassemble floor stock items when needed
