Tender Description
The Department of Health Free State invites suitably qualified building contractors to submit quotations for the renovation of eight (8) rooms and Doctors’ Quarters supporting the CETU and Occupational Health Clinic at Universitas Academic Hospital in Bloemfontein.
The project involves refurbishment and upgrading works to improve the functionality and condition of the designated rooms and accommodation facilities within the hospital environment.
Scope of Work
The renovation project covers the refurbishment of eight (8) rooms and associated Doctors’ Quarters, with the detailed requirements contained in the official tender documentation.
The works may include:
- Building and refurbishment works.
- Interior upgrades and finishes.
- Structural and associated building works where specified.

Requirements
Prospective bidders must:

- Demonstrate suitable experience and capacity in building construction and refurbishment.

- Comply with all applicable construction, health and safety requirements.
- Complete and submit the prescribed tender documentation.
- Follow all requirements relating to the sealing, addressing, delivery and submission of tenders.
- Attend the compulsory clarification meeting.
- Submit the tender before the specified closing time.
