Purpose of the Role
To maintain a food-safe, hygienic, and clean working environment in accordance with Ecowize standards by executing the 10-Step Cleaning Process and supporting daily hygiene operations within a plant or production facility.
Key Responsibilities

Perform daily 10-step cleaning procedures in line with food safety standards.

Ensure a hygienic and safe working environment.

Participate in CIP (Clean-in-Place) and Deep Cleaning operations.

Maintain and manage all operational hygiene activities as per schedule.

Maintain positive customer relationships and meet service expectations.
-
Manage and execute tasks in alignment with cleaning schedules and SOPs.
Minimum Requirements
-
Grade 12 / Matric (essential).

Willingness to work different shifts and weekends.

Experience in chemical stock control (essential).

Ability to follow detailed work instructions.

Previous experience in the food production industry is preferred.
