    Purpose of the Role

    To provide clients with tailored financial advice and solutions that help them achieve their lifetime financial goals. This role involves identifying customer needs, recommending appropriate financial products, and procuring new business while growing existing client relationships.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Engage with clients to assess their financial needs.

    • Provide professional financial advice and propose tailored financial solutions.

    • Sell a range of financial products (e.g., life insurance, investments, savings plans).

    • Acquire new clients and build a strong referral network.

    • Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients.

    • Meet sales targets and compliance standards.

    • Represent Old Mutual’s brand, values, and professional standards.

    Minimum Requirements

    • No formal degree required.

    • Must be self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and results-driven.

    • Sales or client service experience is advantageous.

    • Good interpersonal and communication skills.

    • Must have access to reliable transport.

    • South African citizenship or legal work permit.

    • Willingness to be FAIS-compliant (or already compliant).
