Project Objective:
The primary goal of this procurement is to appoint a qualified supplier for the supply and delivery of Jet Machines to the Kopanong Local Municipality. The machines will be used to enhance municipal service delivery and operational effectiveness, especially in sanitation and maintenance tasks.
Scope of Work:
The scope includes the following deliverables:

Supply of brand-new Jet Machines as per the technical specifications in the bid documents.

Delivery of the machines to the municipality’s address in Trompsburg.

Ensuring that the machines meet all required performance, safety, and quality standards.

Provision of all necessary documentation, including warranty certificates, operating manuals, and compliance certifications.
Technical Requirements:

Equipment must meet or exceed the specifications detailed in the official bid documents.

Machines must be robust and suitable for heavy-duty municipal use, including sewer jetting and cleaning operations.

All equipment must comply with relevant South African National Standards (SANS), SABS, or international equivalents.

Suppliers must provide evidence of product quality and performance (e.g., datasheets, certifications).

Bidders must:

Be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD).

Demonstrate previous experience in supplying similar equipment to municipalities or government entities.
