Project Objective:
To appoint a qualified supplier to supply and deliver 24 Pop Up irrigation units (Model I-25ADJ CV Plastic Rotor) for immediate operational use by the Cederberg Municipality.
Scope of Work:
Supply of 24 Pop Up Sprinkler Units – Model: I-25ADJ CV Plastic Rotor
Delivery to the Cederberg Municipality Workshop in Clanwilliam
Compliance with all technical specifications and images provided in the RFQ documentation
Delivery must be made as soon as possible (urgent requirement)
Technical Requirements:
Model: I-25ADJ CV Plastic Rotor
Precipitation Rate: Approx. 15 mm/hr
Operating & Recommended Pressure: As per specifications in the bid documents
Product must match the visual and performance criteria provided
Must be new, unused, and meet quality standards for municipal use
Supplier Requirements:
Registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD)
Submission of:
Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
Valid B-BBEE Certificate / Affidavit
Fully completed and signed quotation forms (in black ink)
Compliance with municipal procurement policy
Ability to deliver on time and meet product specifications
Evaluation Criteria:
Price: 80%
Specific Goals / Functionality / Compliance: 20%
