    Job Purpose

    To assist in the day-to-day operations of the store by delivering excellent customer service, managing stock and merchandising, and ensuring the store environment is clean, fun, and welcoming. You’ll be part of a brand that encourages creativity and imagination in kids!

    Minimum Requirements

    • Matric / Grade 12 (Preferred)

    • Previous retail experience beneficial (especially in toys or baby products)

    • Energetic, friendly, and customer-focused

    • Comfortable working weekends, holidays, and retail hours

    • Must be able to stand for long periods, perform manual tasks, and lift stock

    • Basic computer literacy

    • Ability to sell, upsell and cross-sell

    • Great attention to detail

    • Numeracy skills for handling tills and payments

    Key Responsibilities

    • Greet and assist customers in a professional, friendly manner

    • Help customers with product information, stock availability, and purchases

    • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the store floor and shelves

    • Ensure shelves are well-stocked and merchandise is attractively displayed

    • Handle cash and card payments accurately using POS systems

    • Participate in stock counts, unpacking and pricing new stock

    • Promote in-store promotions and offers

    • Work as part of a team to ensure the store meets its sales targets

    • Support management with daily operational tasks
