Job Purpose
To deliver an outstanding in-store customer experience through personalized skincare and make-up consultations, high-end product recommendations, and professional artistry techniques while representing the prestigious La Mer brand.
You’ll act as a brand ambassador, maintaining impeccable service standards and contributing to the overall success of the team through sales and visual presentation.
Minimum Requirements

Previous retail or makeup artistry experience preferred (amateur level also welcome)

High level of creativity and technical makeup skills

Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities

Must be able to work retail hours, including weekends and special events

Proficient with point-of-sale (POS) systems

Must provide proof of right to work and live in South Africa
