Minimum Requirements
Education
Grade 12 (Matric) – Essential
Maths (50%) and English (50%) – Advantage
Retail/Business qualification – Advantage
Experience
Customer-facing retail experience – Advantage (not required)
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Sales
Provide friendly, professional service to customers
Promote products, specials, and Clicks ClubCard
Help customers feel valued and improve their shopping experience
Point of Sale (POS) Operations
Scan items accurately and process payments
Handle cash safely and responsibly
Apply discounts and rewards correctly
Store Operations
Maintain merchandising standards and product displays
Keep store clean and organized
Restock shelves and monitor product availability
Product Knowledge
Stay updated on promotions, products, and store events
Share product knowledge with customers and team members
