Role Overview
Windo Hospitality Co is seeking skilled Riggers to handle and maneuver heavy equipment and machinery safely and efficiently. This role involves planning, preparation, operation, and maintenance of rigging equipment while following strict safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities

Read and interpret engineering drawings to determine required rigging tools.

Work collaboratively with team members to maximize efficiency.

Perform rigging tasks to meet high-quality standards and production timelines.

Conduct advanced planning for job completion.

Attend to equipment breakdowns and perform basic maintenance and quality checks.

Inspect and prepare loads for movement, ensuring proper alignment and leveling.

Prepare rigging equipment including beams, pulleys, clamps, and bolts.

Operate cranes, hoists, or other lifting equipment safely.

Signal or verbally direct workers for safe hoisting and load movement.

Monitor and maintain rigging equipment, performing post-job inspections.

Assist in training apprentices or other staff members if required.

Ensure compliance with industry and company safety procedures.
Ideal Candidate
Strong attention to detail and technical rigging knowledge.
