Job Purpose:
To build and maintain professional, long-term relationships with a portfolio of Private Wealth clients, by meeting financial targets, proactively acquiring new clients, managing credit-related activities, driving growth in assets and investments, and improving customer experience – all within Absa’s regulatory and compliance frameworks.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in:
Business
Commerce
Management Studies

Key Responsibilities:
Originate new business opportunities in Private Wealth
Maintain and grow existing high-net-worth client relationships
Participate in credit analysis and related tasks
Manage Assets Under Management (AUM) and investment portfolios
Resolve client queries efficiently and professionally
Adhere to internal risk and compliance procedures
Build and manage stakeholder relationships internally and externally
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
Sound financial and investment knowledge
Ability to work within regulatory frameworks
Excellent communication and client service abilities
Target-driven and results-oriented
High attention to detail and risk awareness
