Job Purpose:
To professionally execute all frontline security operations, including access control, patrolling, incident reporting, and armed response, in strict accordance with site-specific and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Minimum Requirements:
PSIRA Grade B Certificate (minimum) – Valid & up to date
Firearm Competency Certificate + Business Firearm Licence
Valid First Aid Level 1 Certificate
Valid Firefighting Certificate
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a security role
Clear criminal record
Physically fit and mentally alert
Strong integrity and reliability
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct daily parades, patrols, and inspections
Enforce access control at entry/exit points
Monitor for and report hazards, suspicious activity, or security breaches
Write incident reports and update the occurrence book
Respond to emergencies using first aid and firefighting techniques
Handle and operate a firearm in compliance with legal and company standards
Ensure correct firearm sign-in/out procedures and storage
Follow site-specific SOPs and company policies
Maintain professional behavior and represent the company with high client orientation
Report all operational issues to the Security Supervisor or Site Manager
