    Job Purpose

    The Manager: Finance is responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the dealership. The role focuses on financial planning, reporting, compliance, and strategic analysis to support business growth, improve profitability, and guide management decision-making.

    Key Responsibilities

    Financial Management & Reporting

    • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and financial analysis

    • Ensure accurate and timely financial statements and management reports

    • Monitor key financial metrics and performance indicators

    Strategic Financial Planning

    • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives

    • Lead annual budgeting and long-range financial planning processes

    • Support business growth initiatives through financial insight and analysis

    Compliance & Governance

    • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and reporting requirements

    • Maintain strong internal controls and risk management practices

    Business Support

    • Provide financial guidance and decision support to operational and departmental managers

    • Partner with management to improve efficiency, cost control, and profitability

    Leadership & Team Management

    • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of finance professionals

    • Build a high-performing finance function aligned to dealership goals

    Minimum Qualifications & Experience

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

    • MBA or CPA – preferred

    Experience

    • 5+ years experience in finance or accounting

    • At least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role

    Skills & Competencies

    • Strong knowledge of financial principles and accounting practices

    • Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills

    • Proficiency in financial systems, software, and reporting tools

    • Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels

    • Strong leadership, coaching, and team management ability
