Role Purpose:
To support GoGorilla’s commercial and marketing operations by booking appointments, following up on leads, conducting client onboarding calls, and assisting operational teams across sales, partnerships, and client success. This is a high-performance, remote role with career growth potential, including UK visa sponsorship for exceptional performers.
Key Responsibilities
Book appointments for the London-based team from inbound and outbound campaigns.
Follow up with potential clients via LinkedIn when initial outreach is unanswered.
Conduct client onboarding calls and support new client setup processes.
Assist with operational tasks across multiple departments.
Adapt to evolving business needs and contribute to sales and marketing efforts.
Learn from experienced professionals and deliver real business outcomes.
Manage your schedule to overlap with UK business hours for collaboration.
Requirements
South African resident with excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
Active LinkedIn profile with at least 50 connections.
Confidence and maturity in video and phone calls with international clients.
Own laptop/PC and professional, quiet workspace with reliable internet.
Adaptable, proactive, and able to work independently as a contractor.
Genuine interest in sales, business development, and cold-calling.
Ability to commit 35–40 hours/week with UK hours overlap.
Resilience and a positive attitude in high-volume calling scenarios.
