Job Description / Purpose of the Position:
The F&B Service Expert (Guest Service Expert) is responsible for creating a memorable dining experience by delivering excellent food and beverage service. This role focuses on providing exceptional guest interactions, ensuring professional presentation, and maintaining high service and safety standards in line with Marriott International’s brand values.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide professional and friendly food and beverage service to guests.

Set and clear tables efficiently and ensure dining areas are clean and organized.

Communicate effectively with the kitchen and other service team members.

Ensure all meals and drinks are served according to quality and presentation standards.

Handle guest interactions with care to ensure a positive experience.

Follow all safety, hygiene, and company policies and procedures.

Maintain professional appearance and uphold Marriott brand standards.

Assist with cleaning, restocking, and preparation duties as needed.
Minimum Requirements / Qualifications:

Education: Grade 12 (Matric).

Experience: Less than 1 year of related experience in food and beverage service.

Supervisory Experience: Not required.

License or Certification: None.
