Job Description / Purpose of the Position:
The Store Supervisor supports store management in the daily operations of the store to ensure that overall objectives, sales targets, and customer service standards are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist store management in daily operational activities.
Monitor and maintain store performance to achieve targets.
Ensure excellent customer service standards are upheld.
Support staff in meeting operational and sales goals.
Help implement company policies and procedures in-store.
Requirements / Qualifications:
No formal degree required.
Retail experience preferred.
