Job Description / Purpose of the Position:
The Brand Protection Analyst (Enforcement Agent) plays a vital role in protecting e-commerce brands from counterfeiters, copycats, and online scammers. The position involves reviewing and investigating online listings, ads, and websites to identify and remove infringing content. The successful candidate will ensure swift enforcement action to safeguard client brands across global e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities:

Review alerts from Bustem’s AI scanning system to confirm potential infringements.

File DMCA and trademark complaints on online platforms and marketplaces.

Monitor takedown progress and document enforcement results.

Communicate effectively with internal operations teams and platform representatives.

Contribute to refining standard operating procedures (SOPs) and enforcement playbooks.

Collaborate with global clients to ensure effective brand protection actions.
Minimum Requirements / Qualifications:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong analytical and investigative abilities.

Experience with online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Shopify, eBay, TikTok Shop) or IP enforcement is an advantage.
