The Role: Business Central Developer
You’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying innovative ERP solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, test, and deploy Business Central extensions and integrations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design efficient, scalable systems
Maintain clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
Manage tickets and progress in an Agile/DevOps environment
Participate in stand-ups, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives
Troubleshoot and resolve complex system or performance issues
Implement CI/CD automation and DevOps practices
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
B.Sc. in Information Technology or related field OR 7 years of Business Central development experience
If you hold a degree: Minimum 3 years Business Central development experience
Solid understanding of Business Central processes and architecture
Experience with Azure DevOps, version control, and automation pipelines
Preferred certifications:
MB-800 (Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant)
MB-820 (Dynamics 365 Business Central Developer)
Required Skills
Advanced experience with AL programming in Business Central
Strong DevOps and CI/CD knowledge
Excellent technical documentation and code review skills
Proven problem-solving and debugging ability
Strong communication and collaboration across technical and business teams
Understanding of system design, security, and performance optimization

Base: Head Office, Reitz (Eastern Free State)
