This role combines leadership, business development, community engagement, and operational oversight across Covision’s funeral, tombstone, catering, insurance, financial services, and wealth divisions. APDs operate as business partners, managing and expanding Covision’s footprint within their allocated regions.

Key Responsibilities

Establish and manage new Covision funeral homes within the assigned area.

Develop, train, and lead wealth, funeral, and insurance sales teams.

Drive growth across Covision’s financial services offices in the region.

Oversee operational standards, service quality, and brand presence.

Ensure sustainable regional performance and community-centered service delivery.

Build strong community relationships to support business growth.
Required Skills
