APDs operate as business partners, managing and expanding Covision’s footprint within their allocated regions.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Establish and manage new Covision funeral homes within the assigned area.

    • Develop, train, and lead wealth, funeral, and insurance sales teams.

    • Drive growth across Covision’s financial services offices in the region.

    • Oversee operational standards, service quality, and brand presence.

    • Ensure sustainable regional performance and community-centered service delivery.

    • Build strong community relationships to support business growth.

    Required Skills

    • Management and leadership

    • Insurance sales experience

    • Funeral industry experience (advantageous)

    • Strong business development and operational management skills

    • Effective communication and people-management abilities
