Key Responsibilities

Capture and process invoices, payments, and receipts

Maintain accurate financial records and organised filing systems

Assist with bank reconciliations and petty cash control

Support the preparation of financial reports and statements

Engage with suppliers and internal departments regarding payment queries

Perform general administrative and office-related tasks as required
Requirements
-
Grade 12 (Matric)
-
2–3 years relevant experience OR recently completed studies in accounting/finance (or studying part-time)

Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial administration

Computer literate (Excel required; accounting system experience advantageous)

Strong attention to detail and high accuracy levels

Reliable, honest, and able to work independently

Must be able to work 07:00 to 17:00

Must be fluent in Afrikaans and English

Must be based in Bloemfontein
