Auto Pedigree is seeking an experienced and driven Branch Manager to lead operations at the Harrismith branch. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic leader with strong business acumen, operational management experience, and a passion for sales performance. The Branch Manager will be responsible for maximizing gross profit, meeting sales targets, ensuring compliance, and fostering a productive team environment that supports Auto Pedigree’s strategic goals.
Key Purpose of the Role
To ensure the branch achieves its gross profit, unit sales, Rand sales, and 2nd gross targets while ensuring efficient operations, compliance, and team performance.
Minimum Experience

3–5 years relevant experience in a similar sales or automotive environment.
Minimum Qualifications

Grade 12 (Matric)
-
NCA Certification
-
Valid Driver’s License
Minimum Requirements
-
Computer literacy.

Understanding of compliance requirements within the retail industry (advantageous).

Knowledge of local languages (advantageous).

Ability to promote collaboration, teamwork, and effective conflict resolution.
Key Responsibilities (Job Outputs)

Drive branch profitability and ensure all sales and profit targets are met.

Work closely with the F&I (Finance & Insurance) Manager to ensure adherence to financial and insurance compliance.

Oversee stock and asset management, including cash control.

Communicate procedural requirements and ensure correct implementation by staff.

Compile and submit required reports on time.

Conduct monthly meetings with staff to review:

Month-end results

Local marketing initiatives

Ensure all F&I administrative and compliance functions are executed efficiently.

Oversee staff training (internal courses and on-the-job).
