Absa Bank is looking for a dynamic and client-focused Relationship Executive to manage and grow a portfolio of small business key account clients with low to medium complexity commercial banking needs. This role focuses on client acquisition, cross-selling financial solutions, and delivering exceptional service through a coordinated team approach. Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships as the primary point of contact for clients’ corporate and investment banking needs

Originate new client opportunities and drive cross-sell efforts within the existing portfolio

Lead and coordinate a cross-functional team (including Credit Analysts, Transactional Bankers, and Service Consultants) to deliver tailored client solutions

Own the client experience and ensure service delivery aligns with client value propositions (CVP)

Manage risk and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards

Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the banking and client regulatory environment
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Commerce, or Management Studies (required)

Strong understanding of commercial banking, client relationship management, and financial risk
