Tender Objective
The college seeks to appoint suppliers for student regalia and photography services on an as-and-when basis. This may involve:

Fixed-term contracts (renewable annually)

Establishment of a supplier panel for ongoing needs until December 2028
The aim is to ensure reliable supply of quality regalia and photography services for college graduation events and other functions.
Scope of Work
The scope includes, but is not limited to:
Category A

Fixed-term service contract with annual review

Supplier provides:

Student gowns
-
Sashes
-
Other graduation regalia

Photography services for events

Contract renewable at the college’s discretion
Category B

Establishment of a panel of up to 10 suppliers

Suppliers are used on a rotational basis

Service required as-and-when needed until December 2028
Technical Requirements
Service providers must:
-
Provide valid SARS Tax Clearance PIN
-
Provide current CSD report
-
Provide municipal rates and taxes account or lease/rental agreement
-
Not be listed in the National Treasury defaulters register
-
Comply with all requirements in the tender document
-
Submit company profile
-
Complete the college’s supplier registration application form (limited to 2 commodities per provider)

Adhere to SCM policy and National Treasury Regulations

Skills & Qualification Requirements
Service providers should have:

Proven experience in supplying regalia and/or providing photography services

Ability to deliver quality products and services on time

Adequate business capacity and resources
-
Compliance with regulatory standards (POPIA, tax, municipal, etc.)

Ability to manage confidential student data during photography and graduation events
