    Power Tools Sales Representative – Bloemfontein x1

    • Salary & Benefits:
    • Basic salary: R5,659.60/month

    • Commission: R15,000 – R20,000/month (based on sales)

    • Incentive: R1,500/month for target achievement

    Role Overview

    Drive sales of power tools in the Free State region by servicing retail stores, maintaining strong relationships, and promoting products effectively. The role requires target-driven, proactive sales engagement with existing accounts and potential new clients.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and pursue prospects to achieve/exceed monthly sales targets.

    • Service retail accounts and maintain positive relationships with store staff and managers.

    • Ensure proper product merchandising, stock levels, and replenishment.

    • Conduct product training and in-store demonstrations.

    • Report on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.

    • Process orders, credits, and administrative tasks accurately.

    • Attend sales training, events, and expos.

    Requirements

    • Minimum Grade 12; tertiary qualification in Sales/Marketing advantageous.

    • Computer skills: Microsoft Office & Kerridge (K8).

    • Valid driver’s license; willingness to travel and sleep out.

    • Minimum 5 years’ experience in retail/hardware/power tools sales.

    • Self-motivated, energetic, target-driven, and strong negotiation skills.

    • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
