Job Description
Point of Sale & Cash Handling
Execute all POS activities efficiently and accurately
Scan merchandise correctly and process payments, including Clicks ClubCard rewards
Ensure safe and secure handling of cash at all times
Customer Service & Sales Support
Deliver friendly, professional, and visible customer service
Act as a brand ambassador for Clicks
Inform customers about promotions to drive sales and value
Promote and enroll customers in the Clicks ClubCard programme
Merchandising & Housekeeping
Maintain merchandising standards in line with store and visual guidelines
Perform general housekeeping duties to ensure a clean and attractive store environment
Product Knowledge & Compliance
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, ranges, promotions, and events
Support Clicks’ vision by living and driving company values
