    Job Overview

    Job Description

    Point of Sale & Cash Handling

    • Execute all POS activities efficiently and accurately

    • Scan merchandise correctly and process payments, including Clicks ClubCard rewards

    • Ensure safe and secure handling of cash at all times

    Customer Service & Sales Support

    • Deliver friendly, professional, and visible customer service

    • Act as a brand ambassador for Clicks

    • Inform customers about promotions to drive sales and value

    • Promote and enroll customers in the Clicks ClubCard programme

    Merchandising & Housekeeping

    • Maintain merchandising standards in line with store and visual guidelines

    • Perform general housekeeping duties to ensure a clean and attractive store environment

    Product Knowledge & Compliance

    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, ranges, promotions, and events

    • Support Clicks’ vision by living and driving company values

    Knowledge Requirements
