Customer Service & Wellness Advice

Offer proactive, friendly, and knowledgeable service to customers

Consult with customers and provide basic advice on healthcare, nutrition, and supplement products

Build trust and long-term customer relationships
Sales & Target Achievement

Drive healthcare and wellness sales in line with store targets

Promote a broad range of brands through cross-selling and upselling

Maximise profitability while meeting customer needs
Stock & Merchandising

Ensure stock availability in healthcare aisles through effective stock management

Adhere to stock rotation principles to prevent wastage
-
Implement merchandising guidelines and maintain attractive product displays
Risk, Hygiene & Compliance

Prevent stock losses by following risk management policies

Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the store

Adhere to all store standard operating procedures
Product Knowledge & Development

Continuously improve personal product knowledge

Share product information with relief and support staff
