     Job Overview

    The Sales Executive – Liquor Trade is responsible for driving sales growth and expanding Kazang’s footprint within the liquor trade sector in Welkom and surrounding areas.

    The role requires a self-driven individual who can manage their territory independently, acquire new merchants, install devices, and maximise revenue through strong customer relationships and strategic sales execution.

    Job Description

    Sales & Target Achievement

    • Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.

    • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to ensure consistent target achievement.

    • Drive average revenue per unit through effective cross-selling and upselling.

    Business Development

    • Identify and establish new business opportunities within the liquor trade market.

    • Engage actively with informal vendors to grow the merchant base.

    • Increase product availability and visibility across the assigned territory.

    Product Installation & Support

    • Install merchant devices at new client sites.

    • Provide guidance and basic training to ensure correct device usage.

    • Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing support and follow-up.

    Market & Team Contribution

    • Encourage identification of cross-selling opportunities.

    • Contribute to the overall growth and success of the Sales and Distribution unit.

    • Maintain strong client relationships to support retention and expansion.

     Minimum Requirements

    Experience

    • 1–2 years’ experience in client-facing sales.

    • Experience in FMCG, informal trade, or merchant services will be advantageous.

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Proficient in English and at least one additional African language.

    • Valid driver’s license (essential).

    • Computer literate (Windows, Outlook, Excel).
