    Role Overview:

    This is a hybrid sales role where you will:

    • Set appointments from cold and warm leads

    • Run discovery calls via Zoom or Google Meet

    • Close high-ticket sales (primarily digital marketing services)

    • Get paid on base + performance-based commission

    Compensation Structure:

    • Base Pay: $6.25/hour (~R120/hour)

    • Commission:

      • $125 per closed deal (1–4 deals/month)

      • $175 per closed deal (5+ deals/month)

      • $5 per attended appointment

    • Expected Monthly Earnings: $1,600 – $2,000 (base + commission)

     This is not a basic customer support job — it’s high-performance sales and heavily commission-driven.

    Key Responsibilities:

     Lead Engagement:

    • Outreach via phone to cold and warm leads

    • Book appointments and ensure they show up

    • Maintain lead tracking in the CRM

     Sales Process:

    • Run discovery Zoom/Google Meet calls

    • Present digital marketing solutions (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, etc.)

    • Overcome objections and close deals

    • Record all activity accurately in the CRM

     Strategy Feedback:

    • Provide insights to the marketing and offer development teams based on lead/client conversations

    Required Experience & Skills:

    Experience:

    • 3+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years closing high-ticket deals

    • Proven B2B sales record with cold leads

    • Strong experience in selling digital marketing services like:

      • Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads

      • Google Ads

      • SEO services

    Skills:

    • Native-level or C1/C2 English fluency (spoken & written)

    • Confident video call presence (Zoom/Google Meet)

    • Strong objection-handling and closing skills

    • Familiarity with U.S. business culture and communication

    Tech Setup:

    • Reliable high-speed internet

    • Webcam and headset for video calls

    • Comfortable working in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel)

    Availability:

    • Must be available to work full-time, Monday–Friday

    • Shifts aligned with U.S. Eastern, Central, or Pacific Time Zones
