Role Overview:
This is a hybrid sales role where you will:
Set appointments from cold and warm leads
Run discovery calls via Zoom or Google Meet
Close high-ticket sales (primarily digital marketing services)
Get paid on base + performance-based commission
Compensation Structure:
Base Pay: $6.25/hour (~R120/hour)
Commission:
$125 per closed deal (1–4 deals/month)
$175 per closed deal (5+ deals/month)
$5 per attended appointment
Expected Monthly Earnings: $1,600 – $2,000 (base + commission)
This is not a basic customer support job — it’s high-performance sales and heavily commission-driven.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Engagement:
Outreach via phone to cold and warm leads
Book appointments and ensure they show up
Maintain lead tracking in the CRM
Sales Process:
Run discovery Zoom/Google Meet calls
Present digital marketing solutions (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, etc.)
Overcome objections and close deals
Record all activity accurately in the CRM
Strategy Feedback:
Provide insights to the marketing and offer development teams based on lead/client conversations
Required Experience & Skills:
Experience:
3+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years closing high-ticket deals
Proven B2B sales record with cold leads
Strong experience in selling digital marketing services like:
Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads
Google Ads
SEO services
Skills:
Native-level or C1/C2 English fluency (spoken & written)
Confident video call presence (Zoom/Google Meet)
Strong objection-handling and closing skills
Familiarity with U.S. business culture and communication
Tech Setup:
Reliable high-speed internet
Webcam and headset for video calls
Comfortable working in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel)
Availability:
Must be available to work full-time, Monday–Friday
Shifts aligned with U.S. Eastern, Central, or Pacific Time Zones
