Job Summary:
- Yuppiechef is looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused seasonal Sales Assistants to join their Northridge store team in Bloemfontein for the busy festive period (November – December 2025). If you’re passionate about food, cooking, and delivering excellent customer experiences, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service to every shopper.
Provide expert advice on kitchenware, homeware, and gifting.
Wrap customer purchases with attention to detail and care.
Maintain a clean, inviting, and well-stocked retail environment.
Resolve customer queries and issues efficiently.
Receive, store, and merchandise stock in accordance with internal processes.
Assist in making the store a fun and engaging shopping experience.
Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12 / Matric Certificate
Previous retail experience (luxury brand experience is a plus but not essential)
Must be available to work throughout November and December 2025
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Skills & Competencies:
Passionate about cooking, food, and entertaining
Friendly, energetic, and customer-service-oriented
Reliable and self-motivated
Strong communication and team collaboration skills
Attention to detail, especially in gift wrapping and product presentation
Fast learner with a positive attitude
Remuneration:
- R30 per hour
